Is it really free?
Yes. The whole thing. Unlimited services, clients, bookings, your own booking page, payments, storefront, portfolio, reviews, campaigns — all of it, no credit card, no trial that quietly ends. There is no paid tier to graduate to. There is just the throne.
Okay but what's the catch?
There isn't one hiding in the fine print. We're a booking app that named itself after a piece of royal furniture — charging you to sit in your own chair felt like a bit much. You get the full product for free.
Are there any hidden fees?
No platform fees from THROWNE. If you collect payments from your clients, standard card processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are charged by Stripe — the same rate every payment app charges. We don't add anything on top.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Clients book for free. They only pay for services and products you choose to charge for.
How do you make money, then?
Right now, we don't — and that's on purpose. THROWNE is free for every approved stylist while we build. If that ever changes, you'll hear it from us first, in plain language, before anything is charged.
