Is it really free?
Starter is free forever — no credit card required. You get up to 5 services, 25 client profiles, 25 bookings per month, an online booking page, and payment processing. When you sign up, you also get a 14-day preview of Pro, no credit card needed.
What's the difference between monthly and annual Pro?
Same features, different billing. Monthly is $24/mo. Annual is $199/year — that's $16.58/mo effective, saving you $89 vs paying monthly. Cancel annual anytime; you keep access through the end of the paid year.
What happens when I hit the free limits?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Your data is never deleted or locked — you just can't add new services or clients beyond the limit until you upgrade.
Are there any hidden fees?
No platform fees from THROWNE. Standard card processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are charged by Stripe on payments — this is the same rate every payment app charges. We don't add anything on top.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period, then revert to the Starter plan.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Clients book for free. They only pay for services and products you choose to charge for.
