How to export your data from GlossGenius
Open GlossGenius settings
Go to Settings in your GlossGenius account.
Export Client Data
Find the Export option and download your client data.
Note the limitations
GlossGenius exports only 5 columns: Name, Email, Phone, Date of Birth, and Banned status.
Save the file
Download the export file to your computer.
Import to THROWNE
Go to THROWNE → Clients → Import → Upload your file. We auto-detect GlossGenius format.

Why does GlossGenius only export 5 columns?
GlossGenius limits their data export. Client notes, appointment history, and service details are not included. THROWNE exports everything — your data is always fully portable.
