How to export your data from Vagaro
Log in to Vagaro
Open Vagaro on desktop and go to your business dashboard.
Go to Customers
Navigate to My Vag → Customer List.
Click Export
Click the Export button. Choose Excel or PDF format.
Download the file
Save the exported file to your computer.
Import to THROWNE
Go to THROWNE → Clients → Import → Upload your file. We auto-detect Vagaro format.

Not directly as a CSV. Contact Vagaro support or their import team — they may provide a data export. THROWNE's screenshot import can also read your service menu.
I have a Vagaro website. What happens to it?
Your THROWNE profile page replaces it. Update your Instagram bio and Google Business listing to point to your new THROWNE booking link.
Will I lose my clients if I switch?
No. You export your client list from your current app, import it into THROWNE, and send a quick announcement text to let them know your new booking link. Most stylists complete the switch in under a day.
Can I run both apps during the transition?
Yes. Keep your old app for existing booked appointments. Send new clients to THROWNE. Within 2-4 weeks, all your clients will have naturally migrated.
What if I have upcoming appointments on my old app?
